April 29, 2013 (Vancouver, BC) – Cycling BC wishes to advise its members that former CEO, Keith Ryan is no longer with the organization. The Board of Directors thanks him for his contributions and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

Ryan went on leave prior to Cycling BC’s rescheduled AGM to Dec. 2 which saw record attendance following controversial times in the province sparked by the dismissal of coach Richard Wooles who is now back with organization. At the AGM four new board members were elected and it was confirmed that the association had incurred substantial debt after hosting the BMX World Cup in Abbotsford (est $250K). Soon after President, Wayne Pomario tendered his resignation.- ed
