September 1, 2003 (Windsor, ON) – The annual Tour de Via Italia was won yesterday by Atlas Cold – Italpasta's Jeffrey Hansen, who outsprinted Jetfuel's Buck Miller and West Virginia's Paul Martin. The event was delayed toward the end of the race because of a crash resulting from wet conditions. When it resumed, Hansen found himself in a break with Miller, Martin and Jetfuel's Andrew Randell.
