January 9, 2011 – Westwood Cycle/Cannondale p/b Vision-Sports is looking for the last few riders to fill up their roster. A last minute sponsor has come on board and allowed us to field a full Elite men’s Team for 2011, we are also looking for 1 or 2 Elite female riders. This is a good chance for riders who would like to try their hand at racing in beautiful British Columbia, Washington State, and down to select races in Oregon State.

If you meet the following criteria, please send your resume to Team Manager scottlala@shaw.ca.

– U23 cat. 1-2 men or cat 1-3 female
– Can move to Lower Mainland of British Columbia by April or May, depending on if you are attenting school.
– Ready to stay in the area until at least mid August
– Able to purchase a 2011 Cannondale bike at a very competitive Team discount

For younger riders coming to the area, we can do some leg work for you and find part time employment if needed as well as help find accomodations. The Team is based out of the Tri-Cities area.

Team Westwood Cycle/Cannondale p/b Vision-Sports will be entering the third season with our current sponsors. Over the past five seasons Vision-Sports organized teams have been very successful helping riders take that next step with no less than two riders moving onto pro teams and various others moving to other Elite squads throughtout Canada.
