June 15, 2007 – A defect has been detected on the frame holder of a number of bicycle baby seats. The model affected is the Wallaroo QST (#83-2503-1/2), indicated on the back of the seat.

This defect can cause the frame holder to break and the baby-seat to fall off the bicycle endangering the child.

As a preventive measure, the frame holders of baby-seats sold since 1st November 2006 are being recalled and replaced until the end of 2007.

The new frame holders are properly identified and completely error proof, and were tested under extreme conditions.

All recalled frame holders must be returned to the bicycle retailer who will deal directly with Canadian distributor, Cycles Lambert, to have them replaced immediately .
