Javier Moreno Bazan (Esp) Caja Rural was second on the stage and topped the GC to take home the overall victory. Constantino Zaballa Gutierrez (Esp) Miche-Guerciotti was the winner of the final Stage 5 with Meier’s teammate Charles Wegelius (Gbr) in third.
