June 1, 2006 – The International Cycling Union communicates that the report of Mr. Emile Vrijman, independant investigator, is now available in its integrality on the uci website: www.uci.ch

The UCI reminds that this report exposes the irregularities committed by WADA and does not bring any other proof that Lance Armstrong had violated the anti-doping rules and regulations.

The UCI will comment this report of which’s conclusions are found on pages 128-129-130 (5.23 – 5.37), after having studied it thoroughly and if she finds it necessary.
