February 21, 2004 – US Postal Service led a veritable coup today, with their team-leader Lance Armstrong winning, followed by Floyd Landis and Victor Hugo Pena. Canada's Michael Barry finished an impressive seventh, losing only forty seconds to the five-time Tour Champ.
