April 4, 2003 – With George Hincapie out for the spring, USPS rider, Dutchman Max Van Heeswijk, finds himself as team leader for this weekend's Tour of Flanders (Ronde van Vlaanderen) in Belgium on Sunday, April 6. Here is a sneak peek of Van Heeswijk's machine that could find its way to the podium. With the tough climbs toward the end of the race, a 23 will most likely be used on the 9-speed cluster instead of a 21, and a more rugged Bontrager wheel is posible as well.
