October 6, 2003 – It has been confrimed that Jan Ullrich will be returning to his Telekom Squad, now named T-Mobile. After many promising years including a Tour de France Win and several podiums, Ullrich had a fall from grace that involved an injury and car accident. Ullrich will be aiming to win the Tour next year and will be joined by Kazak rider Alex Vinokourov, third in this year's event.
