August 16, 2013 – Based on the current qualification regulations, the International Cycling Union (UCI) has established the list of the qualified countries, and their respective quotas of riders, in the Men Elite, Women Elite, Men Under 23, Men Juniors and Women Juniors categories for the road races and individual time trials, as well as for the  Men and Women UCI team time trials at the 2013 UCI Road World Championships. The Championships will be held in Tuscany, Italy, from 22nd to 29th September.
