September 22, 2013 (Leogang, Austria) – Canada’s Mark Wallace (Devinci Global Racing) finished 8th and McKay Vezina was 9th as Noel Niederberger (Sui) GSTAAD-Scott took the win at the Junior Men’s UCI MTB World Cup DH final round in Leogang, Austria. Loris Vergier (Fra) Lapierre Gravity Republic in second wrapped up the series title. Wallace was the top Canuck in 7th.
Emmeline Ragot (Fra) Lapierre Gravity Republic grabbed the final win of the season to end up second overall as Rachel Atherton (Gbr) GT Factory Racing in second took home the series title. Reigning Canadian champ, Micayla Gatto, led the Canucks in 10th in Leogang to finish 13th overall.
