January 21, 2004 – The UCI announced on Tuesday the Athens 2004 Mountain Biking qualifications. A total of 32 countries have qualified for this discipline. Among them, Germany leads the way with six riders while Canada, Switzerland and Poland round out the top teams with five riders (three women, two men will represent Canada).
