July 21, 2003 (Toronto, ON) – Pedal Magazine is pleased to announce the winner of our TransRockies 2003 Contest – Scott Bentley of Markham, ON. Scott is an avid cyclist and was very excited to have won our contest. “I've never won anything so I'm a little overwhelmed,” he said. “I entered thinking 'why not', you never know.” We apologize to everyone for the delay in making our announcement – we were able to work out the kinks in our operating system and are happy for Scott as the winner.
