In Fernie, B.C., the duo caught up with defending TR3 Open Women’s champ Mical Dyck (Pro City Racing) who talked about the key to getting huge quads.

Walter and Berkenpas then caught up with Tom Miller and Karen Libsch of Idaho, who raced TR7 as a Mixed 80+ Team… on a tandem bicycle. Miller and Libsch imparted lots of wisdom to experiencing a successful TransRockies, including tips on technique and relationship advice.
