September 27, 2003 – Roberto Heras (USPS) has just taken the 11.5k TT stage, and more importantly, gained well over two minutes to take over the lead of the Tour of Spain! With tomorrow's stage a flat,  sprinter's stage, Heras is now virtually guaranteeed his second career Vuelta  win. Results and commentary to come..
