September 28, 2009 (La Romaine, Trinidad and Tobago) – Canadian rider Daniele De Franceschi won the final stage four at the Tour of San Fernando in Trinidad and Tobago on Sunday, Sept. 27 as Jamaica’s O’Neil Samuel took the overall.
