Tour of Rwanda Prologue – Pelletier-Roy Wins, Langlois 2nd

November 18, 2012 (Kigali, Rwanda) – The UCI Tour of Rwanda is underway with today’s 3.5km Prologue won by Canada’s Rémi Pelletier-Roy (Garneau-Quebecor) with teammate Bruno Langlois in second and Adrien Niyohnshuti (Rwanda Karisimi) in third. The 8-day, 9-stage bike race features eight African nations, three European teams, two Rwandan squads, one American, and one Canadian team..
