April 20, 2019 (Quimper, FRA) – Canada’s Guillaume Boivin (Israel Cycling Academy) finished a solid 13th at the 187.5 km Tour du Finistere today, from Saint-Évarzec to Quimper, while fellow Canuck Matteo Dal-Cin (Rally UHC) animated the race making the early break of six riders that was caught.

Julien Simon (Fra) Cofidis, Solutions Credits took the win over Andrea Vendrame (Ita) Androni Giocattoli – Sidermec in second with Baptiste Planckaert (Bel) Wallonie Bruxelles in third.
