June 19, 2014 (Whitehorse, YT) – U Kon Echelon Bike Club hosted the 11th edition of the Tour de Whitehorse last weekend as well as the Yukon Time Trial Championships. The TdW overall was won by defending champ Preston Blackie (Urban Painting Cycling Team) followed by Elijah Buffalo (Urban Painting Cycling Team) in second and Ian Parker rounding out the podium for third place. Blackie took first place in the prologue as well as first place in the Road Race, while team mate Buffalo won the ITT which doubled as the Yukon Territorial TT Championships.
