October 16, 2008 РIn order to make the 2009 Tour de Qu̩bec better than ever we are requesting your help in filling out a survey on the 2008 edition of the race. Survey participants will be eligible for prizes: one yellow 2008 Tour de Qu̩bec jersey and one 2008 Tour de Qu̩bec hoody.
