Tour de France Stage 6

July 11, 2003 – With a tough mountain stage looming, Italian Alessandro Petacchi (Fassa Bortolo) made the most of today's  flat stage, taking his fourth Tour win. A breakaway containing Stuart  O'Grady (Credit Agricole) and Antony Geslin (Brioches la Boulangère), that had  almost 18 minutes at one point, was snatched up with a few kilometers remaing, setting up the sprint.   Tomorrow's stage is set to shake up the  G.C…
