June 4, 2003 – The Tour de France Teams were announced today, as well as the USPS long-list of riders. Unfortunately, Canada's Michael Barry does not appear on this list – it was a longshot that Barry would compete at this year's Tour and now it's confirmed. Still, look for Michael in the Tour of Spain later this year
