Toronto\’s Kevin Wallace Tackles RAAM to Raise $250,000 for Breast Cancer

June 7, 2006 – Kevin Wallace won the two-man division of RAAM in 2004 as a rookie and broke the record. His training has gone very well and he is now poised to win the solo division and break that record as well this year.

Wallace seeks to raise $250,000 for breast cancer. Visit the pink RAAM section of www.teamrace.com to get the full story. The team can read all emails sent to him while he rides – cyclist or not, this is one amazing race!

Most impressive is Kevin’s energy toward making our community a better one. He never stops encouraging us all to get out and play. Kevin is most thrilled when he sees others take care of themselves through exercise and sports. Ultimately, his goal is to see us all enjoy our families and live in a great community. Through the 24 Hour Spin, Kevin and his Gears Bike Shop team have generated 2.7 million dollars toward the Betty Wallace Women’s Center.
