Toronto Mayor John Tory to Open 2019 Toronto International Bicycle Show March 1 at 12 Noon

February 26, 2019 (Toronto, ON) – Toronto Mayor John Tory will be cutting the ribbon and officially opening the 2019 Toronto International Bicycle Show on Friday, March 1 at 12 noon. Tory is very pro bicycle and part of his mandate is the expansion of bicycle lands and the city-owned Bike Share Toronto, including 1,000 new bikes and more stations to pick up and drop off bikes.

This year’s features more Olympic hopefuls from around the world who are signing up for the Toronto XJam, which is hosting an Olympic qualifying event at the Toronto International Bicycle Show. Word has spread to the BMX community around the world – see our previous release here.

The 2019 Toronto International Bicycle Show runs March 1-3 at the Better Living Centre, Exhibition Place, in Toronto. You can still save $2 per ticket to the Bicycle Show, if you buy your tickets before midnight Thurs. Feb. 28th.
