December 18, 2015 – After confirming its three title sponsors for 2016, team Norco / Premier Tech p/b Chewpod is pleased to confirm the re-signing of seven riders for next season. Sebastien Rousseau will return as manager of the team he founded as it enters its sixth year. To reduce some of Sebastian’s workload, Stephen Samson will take the reins as director sportif, while Sébastien will continue his administrative role. Stephen is an experienced runner, with several starts in UCI races. Whether in Quebec (Tour de Beauce and GP Saguenay) or internationally (United Arab Emirates, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Trinidad Tobago, Vietnam), he has experienced racing at all levels.

Maxime Le Pluart, team member since its creation by Sebastian in 2011, will continue to perform his functions as head of communications, in addition to his position in the rider lineup. He participated in two UCI races: the Tour of Sharjah (United Arab Emirates) and the GP de Saguenay after occupying the top rankings in regional races in Québec in recent years.

Samuel Blanchette, best climber of the Tour of La Matapedia this year, will return for a fifth season with the team. He brings his experience from four editions of the Tour de Beauce and participation in the Tour of the Dominican Republic, not to mention a second place finish at the 2012 Quebec Road Championships.

Kevin Archambault, winner of the time trial at the Charlevoix GP this year, will begin his second season with Norco. He has to his credit two Tour de Beauce starts and participation in the Tour of the Dominican Republic.

Simon Ouellet will also be back for a second season with the squad. He participated in the Tour of Sharjah, at the GP of Saguenay and the Tour of the Dominican Republic and will again contest all of the Mardis de Lachine races.

After joining the team for a short season last year, Jean-Simon D’Anjou will return in 2016 for the first race. For winter training, he will be back in the lineup of the French Team U Anjou 49. He competed at the UCI World Junior Championships in 2014 with the Canadian team.
