May 31, 2011 – Team Juvederm-Specialized is a highly respected team in the NRC and the UCI. We race safely and respectfully. We protested the Killington Stage Race ruling that claimed our race tactics were dangerous. We asserted that there was no justification for disqualifying the entire team. The officials could not identify the two riders from our team nor the riders from other teams who did cross the centre line, and as a result disqualified our entire team. We remain resolute in our opinion that we raced safely and fairly.
