August 01, 2019 (Lima, Peru) – Canada will race for gold on the track in the Women’s Team Pursuit and the Team Sprint as the 2019 Pan American Games get underway in Lima, Peru.
The Canadian Women’s Team Pursuit squad consisting of Erin Attwell, Miriam Brouwer, Maggie Coles-Lyster and Laurie Jussaume qualified second and will face off against United States for gold. It’s Mexico vs Colombia for bronze. Fellow Canucks, Kelsey Mitchell and Amelia Walsh, raced to second place in Women’s Team Sprint and will battle Mexico for gold while Colombia and Argentina contest the bronze.Results
