August 8, 2008 – Svein Tuft, 31, of Langley, B.C. will compete in both the men’s road race and time trial in Beijing at his first Olympic Games. A National Team member since 2001, Tuft recently won the prestigious Tour de Beauce, racked up four 2008 Pan Am Championship gold medals, won the UCI America Tour in 2007 and is a three-time National TT Champion including the 2008 title.
