May 9, 2006 – My name is Eve Wexler. I am a civilian member of the Ironcops for Cancer. Every Ironcops team member commits to participate in the Ironman Triathlon in Penticton in August 2006, and committs to raising a minimum of $5000. In 2004, the Ironcops for Cancer team raised almost $900,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society, making it their number one independent fundraising body.
In the first week of April 2006, Lance Armstrong agreed to support my fundraising initiatives and autographed two outstanding photographs taken in Paris at the Tour by photographer Michael Koseruba in 2004 and 2005.
I am now in the process of raffling these photographs. Someone will win one or both unique framed original autographed photographs from le Tour de France and help raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society!
#1 (top right) is a 12 x 18 inch photograph of Lance Armstrong entering Paris at the end of his 7th Tour Victory surrounded by his team at the head of the peloton.
#2 (bottom right) is a 11 x 14 inch photograph of Lance solo in Paris in the last stage of the le Tour de France 2004.
Both photographs are professionally mounted and matted with “Brite Core” matt, and beautifully framed by Vancouver’s
Magnum Frames, ready to be hung in your office or home and come with letters of authentication.
The draw will take place at the end of July. To purchase tickets or for more information please contact me directly at ewexler(at)telus.net.
Sincerely,
Eve Wexler
