June 15, 2003 (Vancouver, BC) – In the women's Cat 3/4 race junior sensation, and recently crowned provincial champ, Naomi Cooper, dominated the event. A points style circuit race saw Cooper take two of the three prime laps to win the race. The women's cat 1/2 race saw Lisa Sweeney win four of the five prime laps of the ten lap race, with Marni Prazsky taking the last lap prime.  Scott Slater took the men's win in the Stanley Park Festival circuit/points race today. Gerry Noble and Sam Whittingham rounded out the podium in second and third respectively.
