April 18, 2012 (Sechelt, BC) – The Mountain Bike Operations Program at Capilano University and the Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD) are organizing an event at Sprockids on Saturday, April 28th to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the program/park and celebrate the work of Sprockids founder Doug Detwiller and all volunteers.

What started as a club of 50 kids from Gibsons Elementary School two decades ago, Sprockids has grown into a world-renowned program that has introduced thousands of kids to cycling in Canada and worldwide.
