February 14, 2004 – In an effort to encourage female coaches to continue their coaching education in the National Coaching Certification Program, the Sport Alliance, in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and Recreation have made subsidy dollars available to those female coaches registering for and completing Level 2 and Level 3 Theory courses, before April 2004. Subsidy amounts available are:$60.00 for Level 2 Theory and $100.00 for Level 3 Theory.

The application process is as follows:
– The coach must register for one of the attached listed Level 2 or 3 courses
– Once the coach has completed the course, submit the subsidy request form
along with the appropriate receipt to the sportalliance prior to April 10,
2004.
