April 10, 2003 – Genevieve Jeanson (Rona-Esker) took another victory in the
time trial stage in 30:23. This is her second stage win of the race and she
won over Kimberly Bruckner (T-Mobile) by over a minute. In the men's race,
Nathan O'Neill (Saturn) took first, in 1:15 over his teammate Tom Danielson.
Just like last weeks Redlands Classic TT, the top three riders were from
Saturn, with Chris Horner in third. It's a case of deja-vu after last week's
time trial at the Redlands Classic featured the same three riders in the top
three places.
