April 19, 2005 – The Schöneberg Germany outdoor velodrome was abandoned for use about 10 years ago. Photos in the following link show the track and stadium, just prior to and during demolition. One of the photographers took home a bunch of the wood, with the plan of building furniture to use in his bike shop … cool twist to a sad story. Thought some of you might like to see it…
