August 10, 2003 (Montreal, Quebec) – Saturn's Tim Johnson won the 2003 Montreal-Quebec Louis Garneau Classic. Johnson was third at the last year's event when it was revived by Louis Garneau Sports after not being held since 1999. Following Johnson this year were Alex Nadeau (Quebec) and Ciaran Powers (Navigators) in second and third respectively.
