David Stephens (Team H&R Block) was the lone Canadian man to finish placing 38th in the final 90-min stage won by Juan Jose Haedo (Jamis Hagens Berman p/b Sutter) as Haedo’s teammate Janier Acevedo topped the GC – Stephens ended up 17th overall.
