March 18, 2006 (Oakland, CA) – Scott Moninger of the Health Net Pro Cycling Team Presented by Maxxis finished fourth in the Stage 1 individual time trial at the San Dimas Stage Race. Moninger covered the climbing 3.8 mile course in 13.51.34 – 26 seconds behind stage winner Chris Baldwin (Toyota-United), the current U.S. national time trial champion.

Gord Fraser of Health Net Presented by Maxxis finished ninth in the stage, 53 seconds back of Baldwin. The San Dimas Stage Race continues Saturday with a 96-mile road race.
