November 17, 2004 – Ride with Rendall and the Peak Centre will be hosting an indoor winter racing series designed for fun and fitness. Starting Sunday, December 5th and running through March 2005 you can race head to head with eight riders at a time on linked Computrainers at the Peak Centre on Canotek road. The series is for all levels of ability so come for the racing or come for the training and social aspect of it.
Riders will race in waves of eight to determine the results of each weekly stage with the results appearing on Ridewithrendall.com and the Peak message board.
Stage, General Classification (GC) and point leaders in different categories will be presented along the way to see who the leaders are based on the times posted, points collected and individual improvements. The results will be divided into 4 categories. Men’s A, Men’s B, Women’s A, Women’s B
In addition to the series, there will be two lunch time races (8-rider max) available per week at 12.30pm. These will be on Tuesday and Friday. These races do not count towards the series overall. More races will be added over time. Call the Peak Centre for details. 613-737-7325
Course
– Races run on Sundays, Heats of 8 every 1.75 hrs.first wave at 7.00am. – Courses will vary in length between 15km and 30km so count on average 1hr of Computrainer time including warm up. – Every fourth week will use the same Time Trial course to determine who is improving and to help riders gauge their level of fitness

To book your start time and heat, contact The Peak Centre at 613-737-PEAK Time slots start at 7.00am and every 1.75hrs afterwards (See schedule). The racing starts 20 minutes after the session starts to give you time to warm up.
RWR members and Peak clients $10 each race .or 10 races for $80
Non-members $12 per race.. Or 10 races for $100
