July 9, 2010 – Canada’s Dominique Rollin (Can) Cervélo TestTeam did not complete the fifth stage of the Tour of Austria, which finished in Deutschlandsberg yesterday, reported Sportcom. Rollin was called in at the last minute by the Cervélo team in order to replace another rider, who was unable to start the tour. Rollin was planning on using the time during the tour to focus on rest and recovery, and only arrived in Austria the day before the race began. He succumbed to fatigue on a Category 2 climb during the stage, after which he reported “seeing stars.” The Tour of Austria continues through Sunday, July 11.
