November 8, 2005 – Liberty Seguros has acted on their zero tolerance policy towards suspected drug allegations and have promptly suspended Roberto Heras after a recent announcement that he tested positive for EPO in the second-to-last stage of the Tour of Spain. Heras, who won the Tour of Spain, maintains his innocence and is currently awaiting further analysis of the B-Sample that was taken.
