Ride with Rendall’s Peak Winter Racing Series 2007-08

December 3, 2007 – The Ride with Rendall/Peak Winter Racing Series is back again for its fourth year of competition and fun. The series, which has been expanded to 18 stage races, starts on December 8, 2007 in various centers across Canada.

Featuring new courses and a new sprint and mountain points competition this year, the series will allow riders to race head to head in heats of eight with their own bikes on multi-linked computrainers.

Last year, 235 riders competed in the series between Ottawa, Vancouver, and Canmore. This year, new riders from Sudbury will be taking part. Look for other cities to be joining us shortly.

What’s New??
– An extended time trial course in addition to the regular series time trial. The time trial courses are the only courses that will be repeated throughout the series. Every other course is new for this year.
– 18 stages with varying terrain – hilly, rolling, flat, and flats with plateau.
– All new Sprint and Climber (KOM) points competition.

*Riders with 10 or more races in the series are eligible for a draw prize in April
