August 28, 2015 – Red Truck – Garneau p/b Easton Cyclocross Team becomes Canada’s first purely Cyclocross pro team as well as one of the top teams in North America. By uniting riders from many different cycling communities, Red Truck – Garneau p/b Easton Cyclocross Team hopes to inspire young cross-riders as well as give Canadian cyclocross fans a team to cheer for at the biggest races in the world. The team will race a mix of international UCI races including Canadian Nationals, CrossVegas World Cup, GP Gloucester, and Providence International as well as local races to enhance the level of competition and support the growth of cyclocross in Canada.

The team will be outfitted with custom Garneau apparel, helmets, and shoes and will ride the Garneau DreamFactory Steeple XC-Elite bikes that feature a monocoque carbon fiber frame with cross-specific geometry for a short front center of gravity. The 66mm BB drop allows for added stability in fast descents while the T15 thru-axle drastically increases the carbon fork’s rigidity. The bikes will be outfitted with SRAM components featuring a 1X drivetrain. The frames will be part of the DreamFactory Custom Paint program to match the team’s custom Garneau kits, helmets, and shoes. You can check out the complete Garneau line here.
