October 16, 2009 (London, ON) – The Forest City Velodrome will be starting a New Youth Program with the Ontario Cycling Association in November. We will be teaching the Youth of Ontario the benefits of track cycling and training during the winter. Many of these young cyclists will be looking for inexpensive (free) bicycles to use while at the FCV and at home on rollers. If you have a bike that is collecting dust and you would like to place it in a new home with a young (under 18 year old) rider.
