Racing Continues at FCV

November 14, 2012 (London, ON) – After a two-week break, track racing returns to the FCV this Saturday night November 17th. The racing will be fast and keep you on the edge of your seat. The Forest City Velodrome is located in London Ontario at Wellington Rd and the 401.

There will be races for all categories including the Future Stars (HandiCaps & Endurance races). There will be 3 divisions racing depending on the ability of each racer. Races include, Bavarian Win & Out, Miss & Out to scratch race, Sprints and a Madison to end the program.

General admission is $10.00 for adults, Seniors $5.00, Kids are always FREE.

The Forest City Velodrome is gearing up to host the Eastern Canada Cadet/Junior talent I.D. camp in 1 week, plus the CanAmQue Challenge will take place on November 24th weekend.

Saturday, November 17
1. Elite Division – 40 Lap “Win & Out” – Sprints every 5 laps (Top 3)
2. “B” Division – 20 Lap “Win & Out” – Sprints every 5 laps (Top 3)
3. “C” Division – 15 Lap “Win & Out” – Sprints every 5 Laps (Top 3)
4. FCV Future Stars – Handicap 4 Lap Heats
5. Women & Cadet Endurance Race – 30 Laps
6. Elite Miss & Out to 15 lap Scratch Race (50% of the field); “B” Miss & Out to 10 lap Scratch Race (50% of the field); “C” Miss & Out to 5 lap Scratch Race (50% of the field)
7. Future Stars – 15 Lap Endurance Race
8. Sprints – Invitational (6 riders) 3 heats
9. Elite Endurance Race – 75 Laps; “B” Endurance Race – 40 Laps
10. Sprints – Finals
11. Future Stars “Handi-Cap” Final – 5 Laps
10. Non-Madison Racers – Last Man Standing
12. Madison Team Race Finals – Combined Teams – 20 Minute plus 10 laps
