April 23, 2004 – Wow! Compared to last year, 25% more athletes raced the first two road
events of the season. We are also well ahead of last year's record numbers
of licenses processed. While it's still early, all signs are pointing to an excellent season of racing with some very large fields expected at all events. Who said cycling was on the decline?
