September 20, 2010 (Toronto, ON) – Here are some more photos from the weekend’s Queen’s Park Grand Prix, which took place under clear, sunny skies. Reigning women’s national road champ, Joelle Numainville (Webcor Builders) won the women’s 60km race. A crash at the finish resulted in Merrill Collins (La Bicicletta Elite Team), who was first across the line, being relegated. In the men’s 81km race, Jeffery Schiller (Garneau-Club Chaussures-Ogilvy) claimed the victory with Kevin Lacombe (SpiderTech p/b Planet Energy) in second and Ryder Hesjedal (Garmin-Transitions) in third.
