August 8, 2009 (Charlotte, N.C.) – David Veilleux (Can) Kelly Benefit Strategies has won the Presbyterian Hospital Invitational Criterium, an 80km (50-mile) National Racing Calendar (NRC) event held on Saturday in front of a massive crowd in downtown Charlotte, N.C. on a 2km (1.25-mile) course, to earn a cheque for $12,500. Brooke Miller (USA) Team TIBCO won the women’s race.
