PowerWatts Announces Grand Opening in Toronto’s High Park on Nov. 2

October 29, 2013 (Toronto, ON) – Welcome to PowerWatts grand opening in Toronto’s High Park on Nov. 2 from 7:00 am – 2:00 pm featuring Trial Session Open Rides – 1-hour PowerWatts Classes will be held at 7:30 am, 9:00 am, 10:30 am, and 12:00 pm.

Limited Bikes available! Please RSVP ASAP to secure your seat.

Shimano cleats must be used if you would like to participate in one of these introductory sessions.

This event will be an opportunity to showcase our brand new High Performance training facility, along with our newly designed PowerWatts workout presentation software, coaching methodologies, and our individual roller platforms uniquely designed by PowerWatts.

What is the PowerWatts System?

The PowerWatts Program
Certified and experienced PowerCoaches lead all instructional workouts that focus on Technique, Endurance and Power development.

The PowerWatts program offers workouts that are 60 minutes long, twice per week over a 26-week period. These fun, challenging and dynamic workouts are jam packed with specific intervals designed to improve fitness and performance.
