December 10, 2009 – It is with great pleasure that the Phoenix Velo Training Group welcomes Pacific Cycling Center Head Coach, Houshang Amiri, to our season kick off event January 17 2010. Houshang will share his years of experience with attendees prior to an indoor training session under the direction of PVTG Head Coach Bruce Wenting.

Seminar topics will include Recovery based training, Training with a heart rate monitor and a question and answer session. This session is suitable for athletes of all abilities and disciplines including multi sport athletes. A Spinerval session to follow will allow any age or ability to participate in a 3-hour indoor ride. Swap tables will be available to anyone with gear to sell or trade.
