July 08, 2013 (Toronto, ON) – We are excited to announce the standings from Pedal’s annual TdF Contest with over $5,000 in prizes after Stage 9. There has been lots of action during the first week of the tour with furious sprints, crashes, climbs, team bus gaffs, and gorgeous scenery.

On the first rest day of the tour, Team Quick Starters is in the lead and tied with team AIDAN at 411 points, followed by team Super Friends with 394 points.

The competition is sure to heat up as we enter the second week of this year’s tour and the lure of the Grand Prize, a Felt F5 carbon road bike valued at $2,099 beckons, along with lots of other fabulous prizes.
